Coffee was cold
Person serving gave the impression he was doing me a favour taking my order.
I was a big supporter of Dome once, sadly they seem to have dropped the ball.
I ask for tomato sauce with my club sandwich but was told I had to pay for it 🆘 Sandwich was disgusting and not toasted 🤮 the bread used was stale as well.

Kitchen Manager said if he replaced the club sandwich it will come out exactly the same WTH

Food was decent at best and my mates were waiting 30 mins for food when other people were getting food before them 0.9
Dome Midland truly exceeded my expectations with their outstanding culinary creations! The Philly Cheesesteak was a mouthwatering delight that left me craving for more. The French Toast with Bacon was an exquisite combination of textures and flavors that danced on my palate. And let's not forget the Iced Chocolate and Iced Mocha – both were a perfect match for the dishes, offering a delightful contrast of rich and refreshing. My visit was a true treat, and I can't wait to savor these delectable offerings again soon.

Went for breakfast on Sunday. Ordered poached eggs hollandaise with salmon. Meal was stone cold. Couldn't cut toast it was served on as toast was rock hard.Also ordered a flat white which was barely hot. Very disappointed.Not like they were run off their feet as was only one in there at 7am.
Just had a coffee. Staff could be more friendly, doesn’t cost anything. Products have a good quality.
Negative why is there space for staff parking but not for customers?
Food and drinks were nice, came on a day there wasn’t too many people dining but somehow they felt very understaffed as the wait to be served, the wait for our table to be cleared of others dirty dishes and the wait for our food to come out was a little bit too long. Especially when we could see that there was almost always at least one of the three staff visibly doing the bare minimum and just potting around.
Other than the experience with the service, the cafe is good. Well laid out, very laid back atmosphere as you would come to expect from any DOME.
Food not good anymore at all. The lady who took my order was ok. The lady served the food was ok. Who is not ok here.
I asked for extra hot cappuccino still served cold. Smoked salmon were two small pieces dried brown edges stale Turkish bread.. my friend hardly ate her food.. how disappointing. Too much to talk
